 Motor race 201 kilometre without oil in the engine by the mountain road of the Crimea peninsula.

 

18 of September 2007 research-and-production firm “Maskart” realized the motor race without oil in the engine using the car VAZ 2109. The car covered 201 km. through mountain roads of the  Crimea peninsula. Lengthy rises reached 6-7 km. and slopes on separate parts of the road was 25-30 deegres.

Essence of  method of parts renewal


Briefly parts renewal method with helps additive MEGAFORCE possible formulate in the following way: in a zone of friction take place selective transfer process of additive silicate compound  to the applied parts surface with form the structure of joint crystal lattice with metal.

It is possible the process occurring in the friction zone divide into three phases:


The phase 1 – in a friction zone in the contact patch microvolume acts the pressure up to 1000 MPa. Additive highly dispersed parts with lubricant gets to friction zone where they undergo of impact those pressure  and where occurs contacting surface micropolishing by parts of additive.

The phase 2 - under action of energy of contact loadings occurs replacement of ions of  the additive in superficial layers of metal. As a result of it on a surface the modified layer integrally connected with a superficial layer of metal is formed. Hardness of a surface essentially increases and stops its abrasive deterioration.

 

Phase 3 - during the further operation of the equipment under action of contact loadings there are phase transformations into superficial layers of silicates, the ionic exchange that leads to the further diffusion of silicates deep into a crystal lattice of metal proceeds.

Thus there are changes in structure, both superficial and deeper layers. Process comes to an end with formation of stable crystal structure superficial and undersuperficial layers. Thus the increase in the sizes of contacting details occurs within the limits of existing backlashes and stops, as soon as those backlashes will be leveled. It is provided with optimum picked up structure of an additive, both on mineral structure, and by quantity of activators and catalysts. 

 


Besides, the formed surface has:

 

 

 -high specific electric resistance - 106 Ohm/m and high fire resistance;
- high (a little below quartz) piezoelectric properties;
- specific conductivity 25-30 units;
- the relative magnetic susceptibility ~0,2 that considerably strengthens ability to autohesion of  a magnetic origin;
- heat conductivity (ten times smaller than well known lubricants).

 Such high tribological indicators of a protective surface provide:

 

- increase in a resource of equipment in 2-3 times;
- economy of energy carriers (mineral oil, the electric power, gas) till 15-20 %; - increase of comfort of workers at the expense of noise and vibration decrease;
- improvement of ecological indicators (decrease in thermal emissions, decrease in a harmful component in the fulfilled gases at use of mineral oil and gas).

 

The MEGAFORCE additive is made both  liquid and consistent a form, accordingly for adds in liquid and consistent oils (greasing).

 The MEGAFORCE additive is compatible to all kinds of existing oils (greasing).

 The MEGAFORCE additive possesses high washing effect that is important at processing, for example, internal combustion engines where deposits, pitches, varnishes while in running accumulate.

 The MEGAFORCE additive is brought in the greasing of the mechanism.

 Restoration of mechanisms or hardening of details occurs in a usual mode of operation.

 Delivery MEGAFORCE additive to processed surfaces occurs on existing systems of greasing.

 From a volume of  oil (greasing) in a mechanism  liquid MEGAFORCE additive is added to in proportion  of 2... 6 % (20... 60 ml on 1ë), and consistent  additive - in proportion of 10... 100% dependences on deterioration of the mechanism.

 As a result of influence of MEGAFORCE additive occurs "curing" of roughnesses, scores, scratches and tears.

 The grade of finish raises several times.
